Psyncro Psyncro is an organization dedicated to the specific needs arising from the investigation of new treatments for disorders affecting, directly or indirectly, the central nervous system.

Offer services to pharmaceutical laboratories and CROs for the research of neurological and psychiatric disorders or for those studies where some of the clinical evaluations of efficacy and safety are based on psychological or neuropsychological parameters as primary or secondary endpoints.

In these therapeutic areas the evaluation of efficacy and safety in the majority of trials is based on subjective measures, such as the evaluation scales used by the specialist or the self-administered questionnaires by the patients themselves.

In other studies, the evaluation is centered on objective measures employed to assess the changes in the cognitive functioning of the patient (perception, attention, memory, language, etc.) in the evaluation for efficacy or to document the safety of the product.

In both cases it is essential that a specific methodology be employed which should differ from that used in other therapeutic areas where the clinical outcome measures are biological, physiological or variables of morbimortality.

Psyncro assesses the latest advances in therapeutic strategies in CNS disorders and carries out revisions of the most commonly used technologies in the evaluation of efficacy and safety.

Among our collaborators we have psychology and neuropsychology professionals that conduct their clinical activities in neurology and psychiatry departments and are able to bring to the clinical trials their experience in patient diagnosis and evaluation.

It is important that Spanish versions of the tests used in international studies are made available. Constant revision of up-to-date scientific literature allows the anticipation of short and long term requirements in test adaptation.
